Ordering Policies

How to Order
Minimize
  • Examine our buildings and narrow your choices.
  • Determine an approximate size.  Yes, we are able to adjust sizes to fit your needs.
  • Choose an appealing design.
  • Note the Base Package Price.
  • Choose your Accessories and add the prices to the base price.
  • Fill out the Order Form and Customer Homework Checklist as completely as you can.
  • Call and consult with Uncle Howard or a Sales Representative.  We will help with design and price considerations.  Fill out our Total Cost Estimate form to get an approximate total price.  Once it all makes sense, call Howard for a final agreement.
